The following terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between Tessa (“Service Provider”) and the client (“Client”) for photography, videography, and design services.
Scope of Services
All project details, deliverables, and timeframes will be clearly defined in writing before project commencement.
The scope will specify included services, excluded services, and delivery format of final products.
Any modifications to the agreed scope must be made in writing.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required within 24 hours to secure any service date.
Final payment must be received before the delivery of any deliverables.
Cancellation fees may apply for bookings canceled by the client.
Copyright and Usage Rights
Copyright of all work remains with Tessa.
The Service Provider retains the right to use completed works in their professional portfolio.
Clients may not modify, alter, or distort the delivered work without written permission.
All images and content on tessats.com are protected by copyright law and may not be downloaded, reproduced, copied, or used in any form without explicit written permission from Tessa.
Screenshots, screen recordings, and any form of digital capture of website content are strictly prohibited.
Usage Restrictions
Website visitors and clients are strictly prohibited from:
Downloading any images or content from the website
Using website content for commercial or personal purposes without permission
Sharing, distributing, or republishing any content from tessats.com
Taking screenshots or recordings of the portfolio content
Unauthorized use of any content may result in legal action.
Licensed Usage
Clients who purchase services receive specific usage rights as outlined in their service agreement.
Usage rights are non-transferable and specific to the agreed-upon purpose.
Additional licensing fees apply for:
Extended usage rights
Commercial applications
Third-party usage
Any use beyond the original agreement scope
Liability
The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
The Service Provider is not liable for:
Client actions or negligence
Events beyond reasonable control
Services outside the agreed scope
Portfolio Rights
The Service Provider reserves the right to use completed works for:
Professional portfolio display
Self-promotional purposes
Exhibition purposes (with client approval)
Delivery
Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed-upon format and timeline
The Service Provider is not responsible for archiving files beyond the delivery date
Client Responsibilities
Provide necessary access, information, and materials required for service completion
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
